Founded in 1968, West Valley Engineering was ahead of its time as one of the first staffing companies to provide highly skilled temporary technical candidates during the region’s evolution from agriculture to technology. Like Silicon Valley itself, the company grew and evolved over the years, anticipating and answering employers’ needs for a thriving, specialized contingent workforce. Prostar Staffing was founded in 1984 to provide clerical and administrative staff, and in 1995 West Valley Technology and Accountants Now! rounded out the organization, offering IT and accounting specialists.
