West Valley Staffing Group Recertified as a Green Business for Earth Day

SUNNYVALE, CA (Monday April 22, 2013) – In celebration of Earth Day, West Valley Staffing Group (WVSG) is proud to announce that we have earned a second Green Business certification by the Bay Area Green Business Program on April 11^th, 2013.

WVSG remains committed to providing innovative solutions to satisfy staffing needs and takes that commitment to the conservation of our environment. Not only did we adopt and implement an environmentally green policy to ensure those involved in purchasing maintain a sustainable trend, we have also changed our infrastructure to create paperless applications, e-timecards, and e-invoices for our clients. Additionally, Paystubs and W2’s are accessible through our website for the entire contingent work force.

West Valley Staffing Group (WVSG), an independent and privately owned staffing agency, brings over 45 years of experience providing comprehensive staffing services and solutions - through four specialty companies. Established in 1968 as West Valley Engineering, the company was one of the first in the valley to offer temporary technical services to Silicon Valley companies.  In 1984, Prostar Staffing was founded to provide clerical and administrative personnel to the growing number of companies in the area.  In 1995, West Valley Technology and Accountants Now! were founded to satisfy the demand for specialized information technology and accounting professionals, respectively. Today, all four companies fall under the umbrella organization, WVSG, which has offices in Sunnyvale, Pleasanton, and beyond.
